The members of the Squan Village Historical Society are saddened on the recent passing of Tom Keiderling.  He was a Life Member and Trustee of the Society as well as a friend of long standing.  He was always working on a Museum project, never had a bad word to say about anyone, had a task done before one could finish asking for help and had a deep interest in preserving the historical past of Manasquan.  Our hearts are sad, Our prayers are full, Our memories are plentiful.  He will be sorely missed.

Our cookbooks are published & available for sale.  Perfect for Christmas.  They may be purchased in downtown Manasquan at the following stores:  Manasquan Lighting, Kathryns & Third Avenue Chocolate Shoppe & Landmark Bookstore for $15.00.  For additional information please call the museum at 732-223-6770.

We are also selling chances for 2 Adult Manasquan Beach Badges for summer 2018.  They are $5.00 a chance & available at the Historical House or by calling Joyce Burrows at 732-223-1357. The profit are to benefit the restoration of the Carriage House. The winning ticket will be drawn at our monthly meeting on May 9, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Manasquan's Historic Houses

We are looking for historic pictures of Manasquan houses. If you have the original picture and the updates/changes that have been made along the way - we would love them too!
